Hey Kent. Good to hear from you. I don't get back to MTV very often since dad passed away a couple of years ago. I sill talk to Rex often and try to visit him when I do get back. You will have to make the next reunion next summer. I am busy chasing my son here to basketball and baseball games. He has my size, poor kid. But he makes up for that with effort. I would like to visit with you someday if I ever get back to town or if you are ever over this way. Keep in touch. Bo
Well, Kent, Jethro Tull was some very interesting music and was a bit over the head of some but those days are long gone.
I have not worked since October 2000 when I came down with a work related injury. That ended up in a 6 year workman's comp battle. Prior to that I had started getting back to a spiritual life. I put my faith in God throughout that six years and I came out of it stronger emotionally than I had been before but it was not without severe difficulties. Later on because of other injuries from as far back as when I was four years old I filed for disability on my own and got it through.
I now attend 1st Baptist Church of Woodlawn. I teach a Sunday Morning Bible Study for men from 50-64. I also sing onthe praise team. It is a contemporary music team. We have a drummer, bass player guitar player and pianist/keyboardist and four singers. I am also involved in evangelistic outreach.
As you can see, church has become a major part of my life. I now live in Woodlawn about three minutes from the church. I have a seat in my class just waiting for you om Sunday mornings.
As you can see, The RAMS are just getting off the launching pad, but they are growing quickly.
